近日,中国科(ke)学(xue)院大(da)连化学(xue)物理研究(jiu)(jiu)所太阳能(neng)研究(jiu)(jiu)部薄膜(mo)太阳能(neng)电池(chi)研究(jiu)(jiu)组研究(jiu)(jiu)员刘生忠(zhong)团队与陕西师范大(da)学(xue)教授赵奎合作,在(zai)二维(wei)Dion-Jacobson(DJ)钙钛(tai)矿成膜(mo)控制研究(jiu)(jiu)中取(qu)得新进展,制备出高效率芳香(xiang)族二维(wei)DJ钙钛(tai)矿太阳电池(chi)。
近年(nian)来,二(er)(er)维(wei)有(you)机-无(wu)机杂化钙(gai)(gai)(gai)(gai)钛(tai)矿半(ban)导体(ti)材(cai)料凭借其高(gao)的(de)环境稳定性(xing)和(he)(he)结(jie)构多样性(xing),得到(dao)了(le)广泛关注(zhu)。工(gong)作中(zhong),合(he)作团队利用原位表征手段,实时追踪二(er)(er)维(wei)DJ钙(gai)(gai)(gai)(gai)钛(tai)矿前(qian)驱体(ti)溶(rong)液反应形成(cheng)固(gu)态薄(bo)膜(mo)的(de)结(jie)晶(jing)过(guo)程(cheng),以及其对(dui)量(liang)子(zi)阱(jing)生长,电荷传输、太阳电池性(xing)能的(de)影响。研(yan)究(jiu)发(fa)现,在溶(rong)液处(chu)理过(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),快(kuai)速提(ti)取(qu)溶(rong)剂可(ke)以加快(kuai)钙(gai)(gai)(gai)(gai)钛(tai)矿相(xiang)的(de)成(cheng)核和(he)(he)生长,避免从中(zhong)间(jian)相(xiang)到(dao)钙(gai)(gai)(gai)(gai)钛(tai)矿相(xiang)的(de)间(jian)接转(zhuan)变。因此(ci),通过(guo)提(ti)升薄(bo)膜(mo)质量(liang)、优化量(liang)子(zi)阱(jing)的(de)厚度分布,有(you)利于提(ti)高(gao)二(er)(er)维(wei)钙(gai)(gai)(gai)(gai)钛(tai)矿太阳电池的(de)电荷传输效(xiao)率、载(zai)流(liu)子(zi)寿命和(he)(he)迁移率,最终改善(shan)电池的(de)短路电流(liu)和(he)(he)开(kai)路电压,制备出效(xiao)率为15.81%的(de)器(qi)件(jian),这是目前(qian)文(wen)献可(ke)查的(de)芳香族二(er)(er)维(wei)DJ钙(gai)(gai)(gai)(gai)钛(tai)矿太阳电池的(de)最高(gao)效(xiao)率。该研(yan)究(jiu)对(dui)指导DJ钙(gai)(gai)(gai)(gai)钛(tai)矿实现更优化的(de)光电性(xing)能和(he)(he)器(qi)件(jian)性(xing)能具有(you)重要意义。
