近日(ri),中(zhong)国科学院(yuan)青岛生物能(neng)源(yuan)与(yu)过程研究(jiu)所先(xian)进储(chu)能(neng)材(cai)料(liao)与(yu)技(ji)术(shu)研究(jiu)组通(tong)过开(kai)发高(gao)容量(liang)和(he)高(gao)倍率的正负极(ji)核心材(cai)料(liao),负极(ji)可(ke)控工业化预嵌锂关(guan)键(jian)技(ji)术(shu)、可(ke)修复高(gao)稳定性负极(ji)表面SEI膜的构建,高(gao)效(xiao)电荷(he)传输(shu)的正负电极(ji)制备(bei)技(ji)术(shu)以(yi)及(ji)可(ke)控的穿(chuan)孔集(ji)流体设计技(ji)术(shu)等(deng),成功研制出(chu)长循环(huan)(huan)寿命的碳基锂离子电容器(qi)单(dan)体。其单(dan)体实际容量(liang)780F,高(gao)倍率(100C)循环(huan)(huan)10万圈容量(liang)仍然保(bao)持95.7%以(yi)上。
